Insurance Restoration Process
- Contact Sudden Loss IMMEDIATELY!
- Stay calm, provide a brief description of what has happened or happening.
- DO NOT contact your insurance company until you gather the appropriate facts.
- According to your policy you MUST protect your property from further damage-the quicker we can provide protection the safer everyone in thefacility will be and the quicker we can get your business back up and running.
- SLS will protect and properly mitigate the damages upon WRITTEN permission directly after the phone call.
- You will not be asked for money you will simply be asked for permission to protect your facility and speak to the insurance carrier
- Once the building is protected contact your insurance company and file a claim
- The carrier will send out an adjuster which we will meet with and provide detailed photo documentation from the moment we arrived thru theprotection. We will provide assistance to the adjuster and building consultants to view all damages as they exist and provideassistance in buildingfair and reasonable estimates in Xactimate (insurance standard estimating program)
- From this point forward SLS will guide clients thru each step in the claim process with open lines of communication between allparties involved.
- SLS is a general contractor with a team contractors in all trades. We will provide construction rebuild management that willrestore your property topre-loss condition
